Job summary

HCA Healthcare's St. David's Surgical Hospital in North Austin seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead patient-centered care in the inpatient rehab unit. You will direct nursing staff, collaborate with management, and drive improvements in outcomes and service quality.

The CNC will assist with admissions/discharges, support staff training and scheduling, and contribute to a high-performing unit focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• RN in inpatient rehab setting or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in related unit or field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care during shift, directing nursing staff and resources.
• Assist with admissions/discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and support staff development.
• Support staff scheduling and inventory management.
