Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Searcy-based team with responsibilities across campaign development, local event support, and community engagement. This role emphasizes creative promotion, data-driven analysis of referrals, and strong collaboration with the marketing team.

The position requires transitioning to in-person activities at multiple Arkansas locations, including evenings and weekends, with travel to surrounding communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience in Marketing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in marketing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote the company.
• Attend location marketing events, including evenings and weekends.
• Organize location-specific marketing materials and sponsor activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and annual reviews.
