Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 years of relevant experience with a diploma/GED, or 8 years in lieu of a diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field recommended.
• Experience in community outreach, healthcare, public health, clinical research, nonprofit outreach, recruitment, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and yearly goals to promote enrollment in clinical trials.
• Complete, organize and maintain recruitment records for clinical research studies.
• Screen and evaluate volunteers for participation by identifying enrollment-qualified subjects.
• Design study-specific materials for publication.
• Create an inviting and friendly environment for research participants.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment materials and facilitate public promotion including social media with approval for all PR, outreach and marketing activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
