Job summary
iRecruitmd in Arkansas is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician for a hospital-employed position with a balanced inpatient/outpatient role. The practice features a mix of inpatient and outpatient care with a Level II nursery and a Monday–Friday schedule including a half-day off per week.
The team consists of two pediatricians plus a pediatric hospitalist, with weekend call, competitive base salary plus production bonus, a commencement bonus and relocation assistance, and education support.

Join a growing pediatric team in Arkansas! This hospital-employed position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, supportive colleagues, and excellent work-life balance.
Weekend call 1:3 (up to 10 days/nights/month)
Join 2 pediatricians + 1 pediatric hospitalist
Monday–Friday schedule with one half-day off/week
Approximately 700 deliveries/year with Level II nursery
Competitive base salary + production bonus
