Job summary

Cottage Health seeks a Clinical Concierge (LVN-Certified Medical Assistant) for its Pediatric Specialty Clinic. The role includes registering patients, collecting payments, rooming, and assisting providers with care and treatment.

The Clinical Concierge accompanies patients and their families through the entire visit to maximize the patient experience, under supervision of the Site Manager and on-duty provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum: LVN licensure or Medical Assistant certification.
• AHA BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty and medical terminology.
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Phlebotomy and injections preferred.
• 1 year of related LVN/MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with payments in a clinical setting.
• Room patients and assist the provider with care and treatment.
• Discharge patients and arrange follow-up care.
• Accompany patients and their guests through the visit to maximize experience.
• Work under the Site Manager and on-duty provider with clinical staff.
