Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing for a 9-year-old male child in Bethel Park, PA. This is a full-time role with day or evening shifts, Monday through Friday, plus weekend options.

You will perform ADLs, g-tube care, trach/vent care, medication administration, and monitor vitals and blood sugar while collaborating closely with the family and care team to deliver safe, family-centered pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania, or RN license accepted.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care and feedings.
• Provide trach/vent care and suctioning.
• Administer Bipap and medications safely.
• Monitor blood sugar and vitals; document findings.
• Communicate clearly with care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
