Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Pediatric LPN for private duty, 1:1 home care in West New York, NJ. Weekend shifts offer a flexible schedule, with care provided directly in the child’s home and coordinated with an experienced pediatric clinical team.

The role requires an active NJ LPN license, BLS, and US work authorization, with pediatric nursing experience preferred. Driver’s license is an asset and vaccination/health clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or acute care)
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months), or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
• Accurately document all nursing services provided
• Communicate with the family and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care

We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in West New York, NJ. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy building lasting relationships with families while receiving the support of an experienced pediatric clinical team.

Weekend Schedule

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• One 16-hour shift: Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  OR
• Two 8-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday

Pay

• $40.00 per hour

What You'll Do
