Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Boonton, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric nurse who enjoys providing personalized care and building a strong relationship with a patient and family.

Shifts are on weekends with Saturday and Sunday schedules; total of 27 hours per week, at $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience providing one-on-one care in a home setting.
• Comfortable caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
• Experience with respiratory equipment, suctioning, pulse oximetry or similar clinical needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient at home.
• Manage respiratory equipment as needed.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with family and clinical team.

Patient & Clinical Needs

• Patient: 3-year-old child

• Care Setting: Pediatric home care

• Location: Boonton, NJ

• Clinical Equipment/Needs:

A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred. Experience with respiratory equipment and complex pediatric care is a plus.

Available Shifts

Saturday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Sunday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Total: 27 hours per week

Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40 per hour

Qualifications
