Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Boonton, NJ is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient at home.

This part-time role requires weekend shifts with Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM, and Sunday same times, totaling 27 hours weekly. Candidates must hold a New Jersey LPN license; 1 year pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Active New Jersey LPN license required.
• Experience with respiratory equipment in home pediatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old in the patient\'s home.
• Set up and monitor respiratory equipment as needed.
• Build a trusting relationship with patient and family.

Location: Boonton, NJ
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Pay: $40 per hour

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Boonton, NJ.

Patient & Clinical Needs

• Patient: 3-year-old child

• Care Setting: Pediatric home care

• Location: Boonton, NJ

• Clinical Equipment/Needs:

  • GJT

  • Pulse oximeter

A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred. Experience with respiratory equipment and complex pediatric care is a plus.

Available Shifts

Saturday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Sunday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Total: 27 hours per week

Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40 per hour

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey LPN license

• A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred

• Experience providing one-on-one care in a home setting

• Comfortable caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs

• Experience with GJT, suctioning, pulse oximetry, respiratory equipment, or similar clinical needs is preferred
