Job summary

Affimned Home Care in Liberty, NJ is seeking a compassionate LPN for 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing in the patient’s home. The role focuses on G-tube care, safety, and clinical stability, delivering individualized care in a family-centered setting.

You will provide daytime, consistent hours in Liberty, NJ with a strong emphasis on building a lasting relationship with the child and family while delivering high-quality nursing care at the bedside.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license required.
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform routine G-tube care and assessments.
• Monitor the patient’s health status and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affimned Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

Available Shifts

Coverage Needed

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Consistent daytime schedule

• Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting

What You'll Do
