Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric private duty care. This evening and weekend role offers steady hours, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily life.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric home care case in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Available Shifts

• Mon, Tues, Wed: PM transport - 7pm




• Sunday: 1pm-7pm Flexible additional hours may become available.

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License




• Preferred pediatric experience (home care or acute care)




• Current BLS Certification
