Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Jersey City is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for flexible home care opportunities. You will deliver 1:1 pediatric nursing care in clients' homes, focusing on comfort, safety, and developmental needs, with daytime, evening, or weekend shifts available.

Active New Jersey RN license, current BLS, and at least one year of pediatric experience preferred. Valid driver's license encouraged; you must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License.
• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

What You’ll Do

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification
