Affimned Home Care in Upper Saddle River, NJ seeks experienced RNs and LPNs for a daytime pediatric private duty role serving a bright 6-year-old child. The position combines home care and school-day support with a consistent daytime schedule (7:00 AM–6:00 PM) and school hours (8:00 AM–3:00 PM).

You will provide 1:1 pediatric care focused on safety and comfort, assist with morning routines and transportation, and oversee nursing during school hours, with after-school coverage.

Daytime School & Home Care – Upper Saddle River, NJ

Location: Upper Saddle River, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affimned Home Care

Provide meaningful, relationship‑based 1:1 pediatric care for a bright and active 6‑year‑old who benefits from skilled nursing support throughout the day. Affimned Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a consistent daytime schedule in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

This role includes both home care and school‑day support, offering steady hours and the opportunity to build a long‑term, supportive relationship with the child and family.

Schedule

Consistent daytime coverage:

• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Child attends school 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Nurse provides care before school, during school hours, and after school until 6 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care focused on safety, comfort, and daily support
• Assist with morning routine, school preparation, and safe transportation

• Collaborate with the family and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care

Pay Rates

• RN: $45/hr
• LPN: $40/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
• Preferred pediatric experience (home care or school‑based care)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
