Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide homecare for a pediatric patient requiring G-tube and respiratory care on Thursday nights 7:00pm–7:00am and Friday–Sunday 7:00am–7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a pediatric patient. This patient is needing G-tube and respiratory care on Thursday nights from 7:00pm-7:00am and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am-7:00pm

Pay

$32 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
