Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for homecare assignments. The role offers a pay range of $40–$45 per hour with a schedule of 7 AM–5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.

You will provide direct home care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support care plans. Required are an active LPN license and current BLS certification, with 1+ year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year experience preferred in homecare or clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Administer medications per care plan.
• Support and follow care plans in collaboration with team.
