Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with weekly paychecks and comprehensive health coverage.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing care per orders, and assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes. Prior nursing experience is preferred; active LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders in patients' homes.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document diagnoses.
