Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide homecare for an adult patient in their home in Phoenix. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, focusing on G-tube care and comprehensive nursing services.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in the state, a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a current BLS card, with a preference for at least one year of nursing experience. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube care Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.
