Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• 1+ year transplant, critical care required.
• RN with BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑transplant evaluations and assessments.
• Manage the transplant waiting list and patient status updates.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the transplant team.
• Organize and schedule transplant surgeries and related procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and families during the transplant process.
• Monitor post‑transplant recovery and follow‑up care.
• Manage donor organ procurement and transportation logistics.
• Coordinate stem cell collection schedules with dialysis department.
• Coordinate with blood bank for donor and pheresis products.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑bone marrow transplant evaluations.
• Develop and implement transplant policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
