Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Colorado. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled care directly in the child’s home.

The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the safety net of clinical support as needed. A strong focus on pediatric care and family collaboration drives daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current, active Colorado LPN License.
• BLS CPR card (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing in the home setting.
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency for each patient.
• Follow CDC safety guidelines and maintain PPE usage.
