Job summary

Care Options for Kids is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized pediatric home health care. In this role, you’ll deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care to children, ensuring their comfort and safety while working under the guidance of registered nurses.

Qualifications

  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License required.
  • TB Skin Test or Blood Test needed.
  • Must have valid in-person BLS CPR certification.
  • Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Support patients with skilled nursing needs under RN supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with RN and clinical leadership.

Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
