Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver focused pediatric home health care in Colorado. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, working under RN oversight to provide consistent, high-quality nursing services in the child’s home environment.

Ideal candidates will have an active Colorado LPN license, current BLS CPR, and willingness to train for G-tube/trach/vent as needed. A stable schedule is offered with strong support from clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, active Colorado LPN License.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient's home.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Adhere to plans of care with RN oversight and clear directions.
