Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on one-on-one care in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure consistent and compassionate care for young patients.

Ideal candidates hold PA LPN licensure, with BLS/CPR, TB testing, and a valid driver’s license. Training for G-tube/trach/vent is available, with benefits including PTO, insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing under RN oversight.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement care plans.
