• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years laboratory experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certifications are not required to be renewed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads TRU patient scheduling and registration in EPIC.
• Completes study invoicing.
• Receives, prioritizes and directs department communications.
• Maintains statistics, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
• Maintains front desk and waiting areas in safe, orderly condition.
• Initiates service requests to ancillary departments.
• Performs related clerical duties (filing, photocopying, faxing).
• Performs phlebotomy and capillary puncture for specimens.
