Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a phlebotomy course, or the diploma plus one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support in an outpatient clinic serving pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform venipuncture and blood collection using vacuum tube, syringe, or butterfly methods.
• Conduct HIV rapid testing as needed and provide pre/post-test counseling.
• Prepare lab requisitions and ensure proper lab documentation and data entry.
• Maintain sterile, clean blood-drawing trays and organize lab supplies.
