Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and educate families on goals and carryover strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation and electronic charting.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Experience in pediatric settings is preferred.
• Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
