Catholic Health's Good Samaritan University Hospital is seeking a Pediatric/PICU RN to care for pediatric patients with acute and critical needs on Long Island. You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, and allied staff to optimize outcomes and deliver family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Pediatric or PICU RN with 1+ year experience.
• 2-3 years nursing experience with adolescents.
• BSN degree required; ADN acceptable if enrolled in BSN program.
• New York RN license & registration required.
• BLS and PALS certification within one year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and manage overall care for pediatric patients (acute, chronic, and critical).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Advocate for patients and families through safety, education, and emotional support.
