• Determine mobility, sensory deficits, prostheses use, and skin condition.
• Assess level of pain and pain management.
• Document patient’s health status and plan of care.
• Assess psychosocial health status and patient expectations.
• Identify cultural/ethnic requirements to reduce anxiety and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Develop criteria for measurement of patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
