• Educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care and health promotion.
• Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.

• Initiate service recovery for patients with concerns.
• Practice safe, patient-centered care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned.
