Qualifications
Accepting a new graduate with PICU nursing experience or experienced Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with ICU experience.
Licensure and certification in accordance with CCHMC Delineation of Privileges.
Multi-state licensure in addition to Ohio licensure may be required based on subspecialty.
Responsibilities
Perform history and/or physical exams on patients presenting for care.
Develop outcomes as measurable goals that provide direction for continuity of care.
Maintain professional behaviors aligned with core values and care standards.
Ensure competency in skills/procedures and promote self-management.
Use ongoing evaluation of assessment data & outcomes to revise the plan of care.
