Job summary

St.David’s North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical and managerial operations on a shift, including possible hands-on patient care. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and drive evidence-based practices for safety and quality outcomes.

You will also supervise staff, mentor nurses, and participate in payroll and performance reviews, with responsibilities rotating across Quality, Patient Experience,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare.
• RN licensure in Texas (or compact license)
• BLS required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Provide leadership within the unit in support of the RN manager/director, including supervision and staff coaching.
• Operationalize evidenced-based practices to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Support core areas: Quality/Safety, Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, and Fiscal responsibilities.
