Choose Your Service Area. Set Your Availability. Build a Caseload That Works for You.
Arbor Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide pediatric home and community-based services throughout the Greater Phoenix area and Tucson.
As an independent contractor, you can select the geographic service areas and referrals that align with your availability. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SLP seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and access to an established multidisciplinary therapy network.
Home Health SLPs provide evaluations and ongoing speech-language therapy in clients' homes and approved community settings. Contractors independently manage their accepted caseloads, coordinate appointments with families, complete required documentation, and provide individualized, family-centered care.
Services are delivered in clients' homes and community environments. The work may require sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting or carrying therapy materials. Contractors may work with clients who have physical, developmental, sensory, medical, or behavioral support needs.
Compensation is paid on a per-visit basis and varies based on the client's service location. Specific rates will be provided before the contractor accepts a referral.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not constitute an offer of employment. Contractors establish their availability, may accept or decline offered referrals, and are responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, transportation, and professional expenses. Contractors must maintain all credentials required to provide contracted services. Referral volume is based on client demand, geographic availability, and organizational needs and is not guaranteed.
Arbor Therapy provides equal contracting opportunities. Contracting decisions are based on qualifications, competence, professional performance, client needs, and business requirements without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
