Job summary

Arbor Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver pediatric home and community-based services in the Greater Phoenix area and Tucson as 1099 independent contractors.

Contractors control their geographic service areas, set availability, and build a caseload that fits their schedule, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary therapy network to address communication, feeding, and development needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona SLP license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Article 9 certification when required for the assigned population.
• Current professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech-language and feeding disorders.
• Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate families on strategies for carryover and progress.
• Coordinate with families and other professionals involved in care.
• Complete accurate documentation within required timeframes.
• Maintain credentials and contractor documentation.
