St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement home care therapies, supervise PTAs, and document patient progress.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric physical therapy.
• Licensed in NYS as a Physical Therapist.
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the APTA or related bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled physical therapy in accordance with the plan of care for home care patients.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and cosigns their documentation when required.
• Educates patients and families on home rehabilitation procedures and exercises.
• Evaluates home safety and coordinates with the care team to address issues identified.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and submits documentation on schedule.
