Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer physical therapy for pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Direct patients and caregivers in therapy tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient progress and maintain records.
• Manage supplies and equipment.
