Job summary

THERAPY 2000 in Elgin, Texas seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a PRN home-based role serving families in the Austin division. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy tailored to each child, coordinating with caregivers and other providers to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas PT license, shows reliability, and can adapt to changing priorities. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; benefits include PTO, health insurance, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas PT license.
• Experience in pediatric PT desirable.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required by agency.
• Meet charting and documentation deadlines.
• Adhere to agency policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage with bilingual patients effectively.
