Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve families in Texas through home-based services. The role emphasizes evaluating children, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating with caregivers and healthcare teams.

You will travel to patient homes, document progress, and ensure compliance with all regulations. A TX PT license and pediatric experience are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to work in home-based settings and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and meet agency deadlines.
• Adhere to all agency policies and regulatory requirements.
