Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve families in New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas. This PRN position is based in our Austin division and involves home-based patient visits across the region.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with caregivers and other providers, while meeting agency expectations and documentation deadlines in a flexible PRN role.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit requirements and complete chart updates.
