Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support families in Pflugerville and surrounding areas. This PRN role is based in our Austin, TX division. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with caregivers and the medical team.

Active Texas OT licensure, pediatric experience, and strong reliability are essential. Home health experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Master's or doctoral level OT degree required.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required charting and documentation on time.
• Meet weekly visit minimums and maintain agency standards.
