Job summary

Therapy 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy, serves families in Elgin, Texas and surrounding areas. This Part-Time or Full-Time position is based in our Austin division and includes bilingual patients.

You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, develop home exercise programs, and coordinate care with caregivers and other providers. The role requires an active TX OT license, flexibility, and comfort with standard workplace tech.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric OT is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Comfort with using common workplace tech tools (laptop, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and agencies.
• Complete patient visits and maintain timely chart updates and documentation.
• Meet agency expectations and comply with policies and regulations.
