Job summary

Qualifications
- Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
- Reliable with a history of dependability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
- Proficient with common workplace tech (laptop, email, browser).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy treatments under Supervising Physical Therapist goals and treatment plans.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
- Act as a vital member of the medical neighborhood, coordinating care between providers and disciplines.
- Complete required patient visits and timely chart updates and progress notes.
- Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws.
