St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee the Home Care Program. You will supervise field clinicians, ensure care follows the plan of care, and align operations with policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• RN or licensed allied clinical professional in NY (RN/PT/OT/ST).
• Minimum 1 year pediatric home care experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises field clinicians to ensure compliance with Home Care Program policies.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Assists in accreditation and program certification preparation; staff involvement in survey readiness.
• Maintains departmental budget within established parameters and supports financial stewardship.
• Ensures HIPAA confidentiality and documentation accuracy.
• Fosters referrals and collaboration with external partners to sustain program operations.
