THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy across Texas families. You’ll evaluate and treat children in their home environments, using standardized tests to determine needs and coordinate with caregivers and physicians.

Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, creating home exercise programs, and collaborating with a patient-centered medical neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and teams.
• Meet deadlines for patient charts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Deliver high-quality patient care under home-health guidelines.
