Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers
- Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines
- Meet weekly patient visit requirements and complete charting and documentation on time
- Engage with agency staff to align on expectations and standards for high-quality care
- Ensure all duties comply with agency policies, ethics codes, and laws governing pediatric home health OT
