Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois with upcoming or current licensure.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred or as allowed for difficult-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and plan of care.
• Implement and document care plans and family education.
• Communicate patient status changes to the team and families.
