Shriners Children’s Northern California is seeking a visionary Pediatric Hand Surgeon to join our renowned surgical team on the UC Davis campus in Sacramento, CA. You will manage complex pediatric hand conditions with a dedicated care team and engage in cutting-edge research in a nationally ranked environment.

The role requires board-certified/eligible orthopedic surgery training with a Hand & Upper Extremity fellowship, California license eligibility, and a strong pediatric-focused background.

Qualifications

• MD or DO trained in orthopedic hand surgery and ABOS eligibility.
• Completion of hand & upper extremity fellowship.
• Eligible for California medical license; board eligible/certified.

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor Hand Surgery fellows, residents and students.
• Collaborate with SCHNC UC Davis Health teams for complex cases.
• Lead or participate in translational research initiatives and genomics projects.
