Job summary

University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) is seeking a highly organized program administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of the residency/fellowship program under the guidance of the Program Director. Duties include regulatory compliance, documentation, and collaboration with faculty, residents, and external agencies.

The role supports scheduling, data management, and program reporting, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, orientation, and graduation activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TAGME Certification (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education Programs) may qualify for program levels.
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residency/fellowship program under the oversight of the Program Director(s).
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ACGME regulations and university policies.
• Maintain resident and fellow data, run reports, and support scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and graduation activities with GME and affiliated institutions.
• Represent the program with outside agencies and support faculty, residents, staff, and partners.
• Ensure staffing for clinics and inpatient services as directed by the Residency Program Director.
