Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care and coordinate across a multidisciplinary team at our facility. Shift details include Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with regular day responsibilities and emphasis on patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Georgia (or multi-state) with BLS within 30 days and PALS/PEARS within one year, plus graduation from an accredited nursing

Qualifications

• 12 months RN experience required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to promote quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Communicate with medical staff, social workers, and home health agencies to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate outpatient and clinic care, and utilize telehealth to support patient needs.
