Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
• PALS or PEARS within 1 year of employment as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing processes across the continuum to deliver age-appropriate patient-family-centered care.
• Integrates cultural sensitivity by incorporating language preferences into care and documenting data.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to identified learning needs and plan of care.
