Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and families, creating a welcoming front office experience.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the office software.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims and authorizations.
• Collect co-pays, process payments, and maintain accurate accounts.
• Explain treatment plans and financial options to parents clearly.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Respond to phone, email, and portal inquiries professionally.
