Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred in a medical/dental practice.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
• Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with prompt, respectful service.
• Coordinate between patients and staff by preparing charts and organizing records.
• File and scan medical documents and office forms as directed.
• Verify patient demographics, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
